Information we collect

Candidates: When you apply for a role, we collect your name, email, phone number, location, relevant experience, résumé file, and any additional notes you provide, along with your explicit consent to share this information for recruitment purposes.

Employers: When you create an employer account, we collect your company name, work email, and a password (stored only as a salted cryptographic hash, never in plain text).

Enquiries: The contact form opens a pre-filled email in your own email application; the details you type are sent directly to our inbox through your email provider and are not stored on this website unless you send that email.

How we use it

Candidate details and résumés are used to evaluate applications and to share your profile with the specific employer whose role you applied to, and with NewEra Talent Partners staff, solely for recruitment and deployment purposes. Employer account details are used to let you manage your own job postings and review candidates who applied to your roles. We do not sell, rent, or use this data for advertising.

Where it is stored

All application and job data is stored in a database on our hosting infrastructure. Access is restricted to authenticated NewEra staff and, for an employer's own postings, that employer's authenticated account only. Employers cannot see jobs, applications, or résumés belonging to other employers.

How long we keep it

We retain candidate applications and employer account data for as long as reasonably necessary to support ongoing and future recruitment activity, or until you ask us to delete it. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, email us using the contact details below.

Cookies

This site uses only strictly necessary session cookies to keep staff and employers signed in after login. We do not use advertising, tracking, or analytics cookies.

Security

Passwords are never stored in plain text. Employer passwords are hashed with salted PBKDF2-SHA256. Administrative and employer sessions expire automatically. We recommend accessing this site only over HTTPS.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time as the website and our recruitment services evolve. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
